There is nothing worse than being a part of a minority. Having said that, people who love smoothies and hate fruit have a hard time finding recipes that will work for them. Here are a few, not only easy to make but also cheap and healthy ideas for fruitless smoothies.

1. Milky Oats Smoothie

You will need:
-1 cup of oats
-2 cups of milk
-1 tbsp. of cinnamon
-2 tbsp. of vanilla extract

Make this easy smoothie by putting all the ingredients into a food processor. You can use whatever kind of milk you like. Mix it all in until it is smooth and runny. Serve it with some chocolate chips or some whipped cream on top.

2. Almond Cookie Smoothie

You will need:
-1 cup of crumbled cookies
-2 cups of milk
-half a cup of almonds
-1 tbsp. of honey
-1 tbsp. of caramel extract

Again, a very simple recipe to make. Put almonds into a blender and mix them until they are a fine dust. Add cookies, milk, honey, and caramel extract and blend everything until it is the texture you like. Almonds are a great source of healthy fats, milk will give you much-needed proteins. Serve this tasty smoothie with some whipped cream on top and a drizzle of caramel over it.

3. Coconut Kale Smoothie

You will need:
-half a bag of fresh kale
-half a cup of lemon juice
-3 cups of water
-2 tbsp. of maple syrup
-2 tbsp. of coconut oil

To prepare this healthy smoothie, first put half a bag of fresh kale into the food processor. Add three cups of water into it and let it mix until you get a nice smooth and runny texture of your drink. Then, start adding lemon juice, maple syrup, and coconut oil into the mix. Blend it all out and serve it in little mason jars for presentation. You can finish it off with some coconut powder or a few oats. This smoothie is low in carbs which is great for weight loss. At the same time, it has a lot of protein and healthy fats out of coconut oil.

4. Celery Cucumber Smoothie

You will need:
-2 cups of water
-1 organic cucumber
-1 stack of celery
-a few pieces of fresh ginger
-1 tablespoon of fresh parsley
-1 tablespoon of basil
-1 avocado
-2 tablespoons of lemon juice
-2 tablespoons of coconut oil
-2 tablespoons of honey

Start making this tasty smoothie by putting cucumber, celery, ginger, parsley, basil, and avocado into a food processor. Add in two cups of water and blend until all the ingredients become liquidly. After that, put some lemon juice, coconut oil, and some honey to sweeten the smoothie up a little bit. Blend it once more and that is it. Your vegetable smoothie is ready. You can serve it with lemon slices or ice cubes made out of orange juice.
