3 Vegetarian Friendly Dinner Party Ideas

Throwing a party is always a struggle, especially if it involves people with different desires and interests. Here are a few meal ideas that are going to be fitting for vegetarians and tasty to meat lovers, as well.

1. Stuffed Mushroom Caps

You will need:

-1 pound of large mushrooms
-1 yellow onion
-1 cup of lemon juice
-butter
-some thyme
-2 tbsp. of bread crumbs
-2 tbsp. of parmesan
To prepare this meal, you need to take the mushroom stems out of mushrooms. After that, clean your mushroom caps and set them aside. Chop the stems, yellow onion, and some thyme and cook them on some butter. Add a cup of lemon juice into the pan and let everything cooks until the acidity evaporates. When the vegetable is soft remove it from the stove, add some bread crumbs into it, and a little bit of parmesan. Stuff your mushroom caps with the mixture, put them on a baking tray, and bake them for 10 minutes on 200 degrees. They are done when they become golden brown in color. You can top them off with some fresh thyme or a little bit of parmesan, as well.


2. Spinach Lasagna

You will need:

-tomato sauce
-1 clove of garlic
-1 yellow onion
-1 bag of fresh spinach
-1 can of ricotta cheese
-half a cup of parmesan cheese
-2 eggs
-no-boil lasagna noodles

There are three components of this dish to be made. Don’t worry, all of them are easy to do. First, make your own tomato sauce. Put two cans of tomato juice into a pan, add some garlic and salt and pepper and let it simmer for about half an hour. In the mid-time, chop your onion, add it into a buttered pan, add some fresh spinach and let that cook until it becomes soft. After that, put some ricotta and parmesan cheese into a bowl, add eggs and seasoning and mix it together. Start assembling your lasagna by putting a layer of lasagna noodles into a casserole, then adding tomato sauce. After that put another layer of noodles, a layer of ricotta cheese mixture, and a sprinkle of parmesan on top. Then, add one more layer of noodles, some spinach mixture, and again, some cheese. Do the same procedure until you are out of the ingredients. Put a foil over the casserole and bake lasagna for about ten minutes on 200 degrees. After that, remove the foil and bake your lasagna for ten minutes more. Top everything off with some fresh chives or parsley.


3. Fruit Cups

You will need:

-different sorts of fresh fruit
-dough cups
-some maple syrup

To make this easy recipe, chop all your fruit onto smaller dices and put it in a bought dough cups. Drizzle some maple syrup over it, add some whipped cream or chocolate chips and your job with a dessert is done. There are many variations of this dish, so go ahead and pick the one you like the most.
