5 Natural Solutions for Hair Growth

1. Indian Gooseberry

Indian Gooseberry, also known as Amla is a rich source of antioxidants, kaempferol and vitamin C, which is indispensable for collagen production. Amla alone, or mixed with some other herbs can help enhance hair texture, reduce hair fallout and grays.

Use amla oil to massage your scalp, it will help you eliminate grease and dirt from the follicles. Just two teaspoons of Indian gooseberry juice in combination with two teaspoons of lime juice can drastically improve the pigmentation as well.

All you need to do is to apply this mixture on your hair and wash it with warm water after approximately 2 hours. You can use this mixture as often as you like, but twice a week will be enough for incredibly good results.
